All-American Properties is the largest, locally owned company in the Glens Falls region. Our success is based on a simple philosophy of 3 core principles. I "preach" this to my agents, and every day hold myself accountable to these principles:
1. Actively listen to our clients. Ask open ended questions to determine what their goals are. Be very responsive to them. Sometimes, it is NOT in a client's best interest to buy or sell!
2. Under commit and over deliver. It is very easy to create an expectation you cannot achieve. There might be short term gain, but in the long term you will lose credibility.
3. Fiduciary. We have a responsibility to hold our client's interests above all others, including ourselves. Many times this is overlooked in our industry.
